New road equipment for JSC “Tatavtodor”

5 new combined road machines КДМ-V40-01 mounted on VOLVO FM13 8x4 chassis were bought by the company.

The machines bear mounted winter and summer equipment as follows:

1. Winter equipment:

- EРОКЕ SIRIUS AST SE3800 solid chemicals spreader;

- D70-3700 front speed blade;

- SP3500 side plough.

Effective snow removal width is achieved by using front and side plows at high working speed of the equipment.

2. Summer equipment:

- GRABER Asphalt hotbox.

The benefits of this winter and summer equipment sets in comparison with other equipment of the company are:

1. Winter equipment:

1.1. Front plough:

- adjustable working angle of 30° to the left and 40° to the right;

- four spring-equipped sectional knives that reduce overall structural load;

- hydraulic underrun protection bar.

1.2. EPOKE SIRIUS AST SE 3800 agent spreader:

- enlarged volume (12 m3);

- operator’s remote control in Russian.

2. Summer equipment:

2.1. GRABER asphalt hotbox:

- larger hotbox volume (19 m3, up to 30 tons of material);

- discharge outlet equipped with automatic and manual gate;

- transportation of asphalt-concrete mix to the unloading site without loss of heat (up to 160 °C) for up to 5 hours.

Equipment as listed above will be used for maintenance, construction, and reconstruction of the auto roads in municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
