Workshop “Preparation of road building machines, transport and equipment for autumn-winter season of 2019-2020”

“Preparation of road building machines, transport and equipment for autumn-winter season of 2019-2020” was organized at Menzelinsky branch of JSC “Tatavtodor” on October 25, 2019, in which chief mechanics and mechanics of the branches and production sites of the company took part. The following issues were discussed:

- Specific aspects of exploitation, preventive repairs, diagnostics of equipment for estimation of malfunctions at early stages;

- Specific aspects of ЭД500АК combined road machine exploitation;

- Reasons for battery failures, prevention of accidents during battery maintenance;

- Specific aspects of exploitation of MEILER body road machinery;

- Specific aspects of exploitation of EPOKE mounted equipment, set-up of distributed sand-and-salt mix quantity;

- Main reasons for outage of remote controls, heating elements and slope sensors of asphalt pavers; rules of cutters discarding; lubrication interval, points and types.

Technical specialists from “TD “KORIB” LLC, “MERKATOR” Ltd., “TD “Radian” LLC, “Klassik” Ltd,, “Mailler Vostok” LLC, JSC “Kominvest-AKMT” companies were invited to take part in the workshop.
