Seminar "Preparation of road-building machines, vehicles and equipment for the summer season of 2019"

April 26, 2019 on the basis of the Drozhzhanovsky branch of JSC "Tatavtodor" a seminar was held on the theme "Preparation of road-building machines, vehicles and equipment for the summer season of 2019" with the participation of the chief mechanics of branches, mechanics of branches and site mechanics. During the training the following questions were considered:

- Features of operation, preventive repair, diagnostics of equipment in order to identify faults at an early stage;

- Principles of operation of tire pressure sensors, storage of tires in warehouses, adjustment of wheel alignment angle;

- The process of preparing equipment for applying paintwork, selection of paints, operation of the vehicle after painting;

- Start-up after preservation of small-scale mechanization, preparation of the mixture for internal combustion engines;

- Time of repair of equipment under warranty (MTZ, SU-2.1), reasons for refusal of warranty;

- The main reasons for the failure of the control panels, heaters, asphalt paver sensors. Frequency, points and type of lubrication.

The seminar was held with the involvement of technical specialists of Kazan-Shintorg LLC, Color Plus LLC, Agema Machinery Group LLC, LesParkSad LLC, Ferronordic Machines LLC.
