Aleksandr A. Zharkov (loader driver, Aksubayevsky branch) and Galim G. Shafikov (motor grader operator, Nizhnekamsky branch) were awarded with II class medal of the Order of Merit for the Motherland by Rustam Minnikhanov, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
