Opening of the new road “Shatrashany-oblast limits” in Sursky district of Ulyanovsk oblast and Drozhzhanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan02-02-2017 Formal opening of the new auto road connecting Ulyanovsk oblast and Drozhzhanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan near settlement Tatarskiye Shatrashany was held on February 02, 2017. In 2015 this 0.7 km long road that connects settlement Tatarskiye Shatrashany in the Republic of Tatarstan with Ulyanovsk oblast limits was built by workers of Drozhzhanovsky district of JSC “Tatavtodor”. In the end of 2016 road workers form Ulyanovsk had finished their part of the road (1.7 km) to the border with the Republic of Tatarstan. Thus, by this fruitful cooperation project of great economical importance for both regions was implemented. Sergey Morozov (Governor of Ulyanovsk oblast), Andrey Tiurin (Deputy Head of government of Ulyanovsk oblast) and Alexander Shadrikov (Head of Drozhzhanovsky district of the Republic of Tatarstan) took part in the opening of the road.      |
