Workshop in Mamadyshsky branch

“Preparation of road building machines, transport and equipment for spring-summer season of 2023” training was organized at Mamadyshsky branch of JSC “Tatavtodor” on March 31, 2023, in which chief mechanics and mechanics of the branches and production sites of the company took part. The following issues were discussed:

·     Storage conditions and shelf life of paints, preparation of equipment for paint application, color match, mode of painting for heavily corroded elements of equipment;

·     Administrative infractions and their consequences;

·     Special aspects of exploitation, preventive repairs, diagnostics of equipment for estimation of malfunctions at early stages; specific aspects of ED500АК combined road machine exploitation on KAMAZ-65115 chassis;

·     Post-preservation preparation of labour saving tools before exploitation, common exploitation mistakes, start of exploitation of new equipment brand (CHAMPION).

Technical specialists from OOO “COLOR PLUS", OOO “MERKATOR”, OOO “MOTOR MASTER", OOO "PILKA_PRO" companies were invited to take part in the workshop.
