In 2025, JSC “Tatavtodor” had successfully finished construction, reconstruction and repair of 280 sites on public auto roads of the Republic of Tatarstan with total cost of works 16.1 billion roubles. Total length of constructed and reconstructed roads for the reporting period is 267 km. In the reporting period, construction works were performed on the following construction sites as part of the following programs:

- Overall development of urban transportation infrastructure “Safe and quality auto roads” in Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Nizhnekamsk urban areas. The works were conducted on 5 construction sites with total length of 20 km;

- Program for normalization of auto roads and artificial road constructions. The works were conducted on 34 construction sites 65.7 km long in 24municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.

- Program for reconstruction of regional and inter-municipal auto roads. The works were conducted on “Reconstruction of Mamadysh city bypass road, km 4+617– km 5+600” construction site 0.983 km long in Mamadyshsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2. “Sustainable development of rural territories” state program of the Russian Federation as part of “Complex development of rural territories” program – total cost of works is 419.6 million roubles.                  

- Program for implementation of works for construction and reconstruction of public auto roads with solid surfacing that connect public auto roads with nearest public infrastructure objects in rural inhabited localities, as well as with sites for production and processing of agricultural products. The works were conducted on two construction sites:

- Construction of access road to grain processing plant near Aksubayevsky settlement in Aksubayevsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan.

- Reconstruction of local access auto roads to “Construction of Cardiovascular Centre of state autonomous health care facility “Sabinsky central hospital”” construction site in Sabinsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan. End of construction is due in 2026.  

- Program for normalization of road network in main inhabited localities of the Republic of Tatarstan.  
                     

Total cost of works is 1.3 billion rubles; total road length is 20.9 km, works conducted in 9 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan; 

- Works for implementation of municipal programs for road works on public local auto roads for year 2025 in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Total cost of works is 275 million rubles; total road length is 7.7 km, works conducted in 9 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan; 

- Overhaul reconstruction of asphalted road network in district centers and cities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Total cost of works is 243 million rubles, total road length is 6.8 km, works conducted in 11 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- Normalization of road network in the inhabited localities of the Republic of Tatarstan (transitional type of road surface).

Total cost of works is 206 million rubles; total road length is 12.6 km, works conducted in 9 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- Overhaul reconstruction of auto roads, streets and driveways in the inhabited localities of the Republic of Tatarstan. 

Total cost of works is 368 million rubles, total road length is 16 km, works conducted in 10 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- Overhaul reconstruction of regional access auto roads to the inhabited localities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Total cost of works is 564 million rubles, total road length is 19.7 km, works conducted on 9 sites in 8 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan;

- Overhaul reconstruction of road network of municipal districts in the Republic of Tatarstan.

Total cost of works is 1.4 billion rubles, total road length is 44.4 km, works conducted in 13 municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan.
