Qualifications upgrade with the program “Construction, repair and maintenance of the auto roads”16-03-2012 The courses with the program “Construction, repair and maintenance of the auto roads with visiting of the Finland “Winter road congress” for qualifications upgrade and training for a group of managers and heads of the branches of JSC “Tatavtodor” were held on February 12-19, 2012 in Saint Petersburg in Interindustrial Institute for Staff Training and Information MIPKI.
The participants of the courses studied the practices of North-Western regions of Russia in work with asphalt-concrete mixes on the polymeric-asphalt binder and its technologies, and required new knowledge in area of building, repair and maintenance of auto roads while visiting large road and transport complex objects “Western High-speed diameter” and “Ring Motorway” in Saint Petersburg.
In Finland the participants got to know about the system of Finland road construction and its structure, they visited the 29th “Winter road congress” where they researched the Scandinavian techniques of wheel tracking combating on auto roads and auto roads maintenance in packed snow in winter period. They also visited the regional control centre of road network in Tampere and the road exploitation site of the contractor organization for road maintenance, where they were presented the working capacities of the snow-clearing machinery of the contractor.           |
