“Preparation of road building machines and transport for spring-summer season of 2024” Workshop29-03-2024 “Preparation of road building machines and transport for spring-summer season of 2024” training was organized at Buinsky branch of JSC “Tatavtodor” on March 29, 2024, in which chief mechanics and mechanics of the branches and production sites of the company took part. The following issues were discussed:
· Storage conditions and shelf life of paints, preparation of equipment for paint application, color match, mode of painting for heavily corroded elements of vehicles;
· Post-preservation preparation of labour saving tools before exploitation, common exploitation mistakes, start of exploitation of new equipment brand (ZIMANI).
· Main reasons for outage of remote controls and slope sensors of asphalt pavers; methods of diagnostics and replacement of worn out parts; rules of cutters discarding; lubrication interval, points and types; preventive repairs to avoid SKD breakdowns.
Technical specialists from OOO “PROFTULZ”, OOO “KLASSIK-KAZAN”, OOO “FN “TORGOVAYA COMPANIYA”, OOO “COLOR PLUS" companies were invited to take part in the workshop.             |
